Lent begins March 1 with Ash Wednesday

Imposition of Ashes at 12:15 pm
Ash Wednesday Worship at 6:30 pm

This year’s Lenten themes will be based on Luther’s Small Catechism. Please pick up the Lenten Devotional “Free Indeed” (located at both entrances to the sanctuary) to inspire and guide you on your 40-day journey to the Resurrection. Lenten soup suppers will be on Wednesday nights starting at 5:30 with services to follow at 6:30.

Lenten Giving Cross

Please note our Lenten giving cross beginning on Wednesday, March 1 on the east side of the altar – envelopes are available for offerings to help with the needs of Reformation Lutheran Church. There will also be pieces of paper in the basket on the left for you to write down a sin, a worry, or a burden and place it on the cross. You may do this during any hymn/song during worship. Give your burdens to Jesus and give a gift for our partners at Reformation.
