Children's Ministry

We are truly blessed to have a very vibrant and active year-round children and family ministry community here at Mt. Zion Lutheran! Our fun and exciting children and family ministry programs are open to all families with children in preschool through 5th grade. Thank you for showing interest in our programs!

Here at Mt. Zion Lutheran, all people are welcome! Whether you have been a Christian your whole life, or are looking for your first church home, I want to personally invite you to attend one of our Children & Family Ministry events. Our Children and Family Ministry Program is focused on three key elements:

• Friendship – by providing exciting family programming and a fun community of fellow believers

• Education – giving you & your children the tools to nourish your faith through family and parent workshops and a Children’s Faith Library

• Service – encouraging your family to be servants like Jesus was through service projects that benefit our church and community

2009-2010 Children & Family Ministry Schedule

 Sunday School started September 13, 2009 for children ages 3 - 8th Grade. It's not too late to register.  Registration forms available on-line or at church. Please call 414-258-0456 with questions.

Sunday School takes place in the Christian Education Wing from 9:45am - 10:45am, in between the Sunday Services. This allows parents to attend the Adult Forum, or to mingle at Coffee Hour, etc.

 

 

Upcoming 2009 Events (Details to follow):

October: Fall Festival Friday, October 30th 5:00pm - 8:00pm

December: Sunday School Christmas Program, Sunday, December 20th.
