Children & Youth



At Mt. Zion, children and youth are a vital part of our congregation. They are not the “future” of the church. Instead, they are the “present” of the church, integral parts of the Body of Christ. We seek to encourage each child and youth to recognize the gifts God has given them, and to use them to serve each other, their families, their friends, and their world. Through education, service events, fun gatherings, and worship participation and leadership, the youth of Mt. Zion experience God’s love for them in Jesus Christ and explore their own journeys of faith and discipleship.
